Re: Oldest Lady in the World Dies

I have read a little bit about living very long and one of the most critical factors is staying involved after retirement. The majority of people who retire and change lifestyles sooner or later fade away. The ones who stay involved in whatever (church, volunteer, raising grandkids, etc.) keeps their minds sharp, structured and together can live very long. I guess that is the opposite of a sound mind in a sound body. Works both ways.
